SERVICE AGREEMENT _________SEASON

1. I hereby confirm application for a booking to ___________________________: upon the
following terms and conditions.

2. The service fee is $_____________ payable in advance.

3. A live foal guarantee exists up to 24 hours of age. If live insurable foal does not eventuate a
free return will be given.

4. A free return will be given if a manual pregnancy test proves negative 42 days after service.
Veterinary certificate required.

5. The live foal guarantee does not apply:
      (a) if the mare is sold, exported or dies.
      (b) if the mare is not foaled under veterinary supervision.
      (c) if the mare is not vaccinated for EHV

6. The stud reserves the right to refuse any mare.

7. The stud has the owners permission to employ veterinary assistance if necessary and
administer any remedy on vets discretion reasonably required.

8. All stock under the stud's care are run at owners risk.

This agreement shall be completed before acceptance of any animal by the stud.

3. Consideration 

In consideration of the total sum of $____________________, SELLER 
agrees to sell and BUYER agrees to buy the said horse described 
above on the terms and conditions further set forth herein.
 

4. Payment Terms

The purchase is for cash and BUYER agrees to pay $_________ at the 
time of signing this contract


5. Registration and Ownership Transfers 

The buyer is reponsible for transfering ownership in the REAP and 
contacting associations of the change in ownership

6. Buy back option

The seller (_______________) does wish/does not wish to retain the 
right to buy the above horse back if the new owner(s) decide to sell. 

7. Default 

If the buyer is unable to fulfill the contract, the horse will be 
returned to the seller in satisfactory condition. 

Upon material breach of this Agreement by one party the other party 
shall have the option to terminate same. 

On any breach, the other party shall have the right to recover 
expenses and costs.
